first 25 unbroken. bad timing on my pre wod snack. hit the wall pretty bad. form got better with fatique. weird. almost blacked out at the end wich was kinda trippy.

stuck in enumclaw with no ride and no work out equipment and sore shoulders sooo...
ran 1.5 miles in 8:42 (i thought the paved walking path was 2 miles and was EXTREMELY impressed with myself... until i measured it :)
rest/walk for 10 minutes
tabata sprints (omfg ouch) total distance 0.7 miles
